Curtiss Company as it appeared in 1898.
The C.G. Curtiss Malting eventually
became Meyer malting and then Schaefer malting. Part of he building
still stands today as Agway at Niagara and Albany in Buffalo.

The old Canal path
along the Niagara River. Today the Rte. I-190 runs right under
the same bridge shown in this 1920's vintage photo. The Canal bed
